By using muscles, it can promote secretion of growth hormone. Growth hormone instructs to extend bones by working on epiphysis glands. When growth hormone is secreted a lot, it makes bones a lot. Thus, if children exercise, it can promote the growth.
Improvement of sleep
If you exercise a lot, you can get a good sleep quality in order to revitalize tired body. And during the better sleep, growth hormone is secreted a lot. Thus, you can make the most important time for height extension.
