A slouch posture will lead heart, lung and vascular pressure.
Eventually it will lead more affecting in the internal organs of the digestive system.
Also, digestion and absorption will not successfully working.To have correct posture is the first step to increase your height.
Actually, there are a lot of people who improve their height by correcting postures.
To improve the slouch posture will make your height few centimeters taller. Even the height is same, people will feel more taller the one who has a good posture.

Structure of spine
Structure of spine is important to maintain a good posture.
Tilt of the pelvis is important to keep good posture too. Skeletal support the spine, and spine curves also affected by the tilt of the pelvis. Person’s spine 33 to 35 vertebrae have been bound like building blocks and viewed from the side, you could see S-shaped curve that depicts a natural form.
It is an essential role in supporting the trunk of the body and it is called spinal column. Very important nerves along through the spinal column.
When tilt of the pelvis tilted in front, it is prone to have curve spine state. In addition, leaning back and rounded back stoop are the shape that loose natural curves. Bad posture have a possibility to suffer as hernia and may end up squeezed through spinal sensory neurons and motor neurons. In addition, physical disorders, such as loss of vision or headaches might cause interfere with growth.

There are the times you say “study” to your children for so many times, and children having a hard time to study for a long time. The main reason of that is because they couldn’t sit on the correct posture. If you keep sitting on the chair with a bad posture, concentration will decrease and just waiting for the time to past and that is inefficient. As a result of that, the decline in academic standards would be tied.
Relationship between posture and brain
Posture and brain are closely related.
Brain glucose carried in blood from working as an energy, and it consumed about 40 to 50% by brain!!

This internal carotidartery go through neck and it reaches the brain, if the posture is bad, it may have possibility to pressure internal carotid artery. There is also data ,by improving the distortion of the vertebrae (neck bones) and stiff neck, and neck stiffness, 30% of blood flow is sent to the brain. It is also becoming less fatigue even if you studying for the long time because it increases body flow and at the same time, amounts of oxygen supply increases, and it decreases the concentration of lactic acid(materials fatigue).
