“Affection” is essential for children’s growth

Affection from the parents also makes big impact on the growth of children’s height.

If children cannot gain affection from the parent, or mental condition becomes worse, the amount of growth hormone, which is secreted from the pituitary gland, is reduced. In addition, it causes falling appetite, worse sleep. So, it will have an adverse effect on growth of height in overall.

Especially affection from the mother, who stays with children for a long time is important. If children cannot gain affection from the mother, they get in a situation, called “maternal deprivation syndrome”, especially resulting on less extension of height. So, when children are small, mothers are to stay with them as much as they can and give affection all the time.

Children look at the parents very well.

There are anxious incidents and climes in these days. Children are sensitive to sense anxiety of adults. For children grow with secure, it is important that adults do not lose against the anxiety.

So that children can live relaxed, try to live every day full of bright and affection.

Care of children’s mind

1. Anxiety of parents transmitted to children

Even the usual conversation, adults talk, children are listening very well. Painful incidents and accidents on TV programs also give shock to children, but more than that, children feel the reaction of adults, who watch the programs. In particular, small children cannot fully understand the information on a television, etc., they feel danger relying on the reaction of “the most reliable adults = father and mother.”

Stress of children will appear in the day-to-day life in a variety of ways. Such as, from relatively easy-to-understand behaviors, they do not leave the side of the parents, they cannot sleep alone, they get angry, to physical symptoms, vomiting, diarrhea, low-grade fever, etc. It is the best if children can talk their painful feeling to adults. 3. Father and mother’s affection is the best

How do you deal with children’s stress?  The most important thing is that familiar adults stout stance and live with stable feeling. While watching them lovingly, they will regain a sense of security little by little.

Thus bones become fixed soon and the height does not extend.
Since children look at the parents well, first thing is that the couple lie within easy contact with affection.

Spoiling is not affection

It is very important to stay healthy and “freely” for children. However, because studying is also important to acquire knowledge, balance of study and play will be important.

In addition, stressful life is not good. Yet, a life without any stress also spoils children. In short, parents should decide where to take balance.
Parents need to determine how much stress is not harmful for children.
To do so, it is important to spend time with the children as much as possible and observe them.
