There is no perfect food in this world. It is important to supplement the nutrition balance from variety of foods. Taking meal with family is the most fun moment and it will lead child’s emotional stability.

To take all nutrients in a balanced diet is the key for the growth period of children. But nowadays, children are eating snacks, fast food , meat and dairy products. These food lead high fat and scarcity of calcium,magnesium,and vitamin.  These eating habits lead children to nutritional deficiencies.
I will recommend to eat well- balanced food and take essential nutrients that you can’t take it in every meal .

睡眠 睡眠
Growth hormone increases the secretion during deep sleep. Sleep is important from the meaning of “relax”. That means release from gravity bone by lying on the bed and I could say height grows in sleeping period.

There is REM sleep and non-REM sleep. Further non -REM sleep can divided into four-stages. Nowadays, children are having serious problem not taken deep sleep of 3 to 4 stages which need to help growth hormone.
Please give enough deep sleep during growth of child.

Exercising will help to promote secretion of growth hormone itself and it will moderate fatigue to have better and deeper sleep. In addition, to increasing appetite can be expected. Stimulation of bone encourage it’s growth .

Good posture is not only when you are standing and sitting . It includes walking and lifting.
Postures includes various movements that human originally has. At every stages, including competition ability, to prevent injury, basic exercise to enjoy sports, will improve the level of it’s individual and it will be big advantage for the future.
Bad posture have possibility to cause heart,lung,and vascular pressure and it will interferes the flow of blood and lymph. In addition, it will be linked to affecting internal organs of the digestive system, digestion and absorption will be unable to function normally.
Good posture is necessary for the healthy growth.

スクスク It is said that Japanese children are the most precocious around the world. A study find adolescent comes a year earlier compared to European and American children.
The study didn’t findout the it’s reason but there are 2things that is clear.

This cause is not known precisely, but is clearly about two things.

Obese children grow tall earlier but it become sluggish later.

Data shows obese children’s peak of growth appears about 1 year earlier than the average.

Obesity is considered to cause adolescent earlier. Matrimonial quarrel cause adolescent earlier.
If there are matrimonial quarrel often, that cause children emotional instability in the secretion of growth hormone. Also, children feel danger watching parents battle, that will cause their instinctively to grow quickly, froze bone and stop growing.

It is important for the children to be “overdue” and spend relaxing time.
However, acquiring knowledge is also important, they need to take balance between playing and studying.
Also, stressful lifestyle are not good for children but stress-free lifestyle are not good for children as well. In short, parents need to determine taking a balance. Parents need to make the decision of how much stress is not harmful for their children. To do this, parents need to take enough skinship and observe their children.
Please pay attention to your precious children more and more.

It is important to take nutrition, exercise, and sleep balance.But height won’t grow smoothly without affection from parents.
It is important to take a balance of sleep, nutrition and love.
